Tiers organize advertised download ceilings from ISED NBD. Individual addresses may see lower throughput depending on technology, congestion, and in-home Wi-Fi.
From fibre to fixed wireless
ISED National Broadband Data records what providers report they can sell on hex grids and community points, updated roughly twice a year. The Universal Broadband Fund and CRTC Broadband Fund support builds where private investment alone has been slow. Coverage is an availability ceiling, not evening lived speed.
